Contract terms for participation in Extra Horizon retreats

In preparation

The terms and conditions are currently being drafted. Their final form depends on the ongoing review under package travel law (EU Directive 2015/2302 — the Package Travel Directive — and §§ 651a ff. BGB, the German Civil Code). We deliberately make no binding statement here until it is settled. You will receive the complete contract and cancellation terms transparently with the booking documents before the contract is concluded.

Points expected to be covered

Subject matter of the contract and scope of services per retreat (7–10 days, single room with private bath, continuous travel manager support, activity modules)
Price, payment terms and payment methods (via Mollie)
Withdrawal, rebooking and cancellation terms
Participant obligations and participation requirements (including health suitability, voluntary modules)
Rules for regulated activities (shooting sports exclusively at licensed local ranges)
Liability, travel insurance and — where classified as a package tour — insolvency protection (security certificate)
Right of withdrawal and its particularities under travel law
