Morocco
The emptiness of the desert as a tool: where nothing distracts, thinking becomes precise. Desert treks and riding demand endurance, orientation and calm under pressure.
Exclusive business retreats · 4 trips per year · 7–10 days
EXTRAHorizonFour retreats a year for entrepreneurs, CEOs and high performers. 7–10 days of real adventure and structured development — in a closed circle that operates at your level.
Success solves many problems. Three remain.
A booking is not a travel purchase. It is entry into a cycle that does not end when you return.
You secure your place for one of the four dates each year. Fixed capacity, a clear commitment.
With your booking: access to the closed community app and personal contact with your travel manager. The experience starts on the day you book, not the day you fly.
7–10 days on site: adventure, activity modules, workshops and conversations — accompanied throughout, precisely organized.
After you return, the circle remains: ongoing exchange in the app and priority for the next dates.
04 → 01 · The cycle begins again · Four trips per year
Four trips per year. Each 7–10 days. Strictly limited places per date.
The emptiness of the desert as a tool: where nothing distracts, thinking becomes precise. Desert treks and riding demand endurance, orientation and calm under pressure.
A landscape that resets your sense of scale. Terrain that takes leadership literally: distances, decisions, responsibility.
Beyond the honeymoon cliché: seclusion as a space for concentration — for the topics that never make it onto the agenda in day-to-day business.
The destination of the fourth trip is revealed to members first — in the community app, before it goes public. A closed circle hears it first.
Not consumer experiences — skill building. Every module is voluntary; you decide what should challenge you.
Endurance, orientation and calm under pressure — leadership qualities, taken literally.
Precision, breath control, impulse discipline — under expert instruction, exclusively at licensed local ranges.
Licensed ranges onlyFocus and reaction in a competitive format — instructed and supervised, exclusively at licensed local ranges.
Licensed ranges onlyClear calls under pressure: radio discipline and command clarity as a model for leadership communication in business.
AI strategy without a salesperson in the room — expert conversations at decision-maker level, application-focused rather than buzzword-driven.
Leadership under real conditions instead of in a seminar hotel — with direct transfer into your daily work.
Self-image work for people who are already successful — structured, discreet, without stage theatrics.
An optional seminar series on role, responsibility and bearing — clearly labeled, deliberately voluntary.
OptionalStructured formats instead of small talk: moderated rounds that turn a cohort into a network.
Shooting sports and clay pigeon/trap shooting take place exclusively at licensed local ranges — instructed, supervised and voluntary. This diligence is part of the standard, not fine print.
What others sell as an upgrade is the standard here.
Always included — on every trip, at no extra charge. With us, privacy is not an optional extra; it comes standard.
Personal support before, during and between trips — a contact who knows your name, not a ticket system.
Fixed capacity per date. The quality of the circle comes before the size of the group — which is why places are strictly limited.
Access is booked, not followed.
Extra Horizon is a closed community with its own app. Access comes exclusively through a booking — not through a subscription, not through a follow.
Between retreats, the circle stays active: exchange with people who know your situation, shared formats — and priority for the next dates. Members see the reveal of Trip #4 there first.
Extra Horizon is built for a clearly defined group — and honest about the fact that not everyone belongs.
Extra Horizon is a closed community. Not every request leads to a place: we select so that the circle delivers what it promises — for everyone in it.
No fine print after the click: here is how it works, step by step.
You request your preferred date. A short alignment check ensures that cohort and expectations match.
After confirmation, you pay conveniently via PayPal, credit card, SEPA, invoice, Apple Pay or Google Pay — processed through Mollie.
You receive a proper invoice from Extra.Group UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G. — compliant and cleanly documented for your business records.
Your access to the community app is activated, and your personal travel manager gets in touch and guides your preparation.
7–10 days on site — and afterwards the circle remains: community, exchange, priority for the next date.
We publish our price where others hide theirs. Radical price honesty is a stance for us, not a marketing trick.
from 5,470 EUR
per person · per retreat (7–10 days)
No lower tiers. No discounts. No crossed-out prices. The price qualifies the room.
Secure your placeThe questions that really matter before booking — answered openly.
Entrepreneurs, CEOs and high performers — people who carry responsibility and want to work on themselves. Extra Horizon is a closed community with selection: we curate every cohort so that the level of the circle delivers what this page promises. We do not invent membership numbers — the circle grows with every trip.
Yes — the format is designed for solo arrival, and solo is the norm: the cohort is the network. You arrive alone and leave with a circle of people who operate at your level.
A single room with private bath (always, at no extra charge), continuous travel manager support, all activity modules and workshops of the retreat, plus access to the closed community app — including between trips. Not included is travel to and from the retreat's starting point; details for each trip come with your booking documents.
You receive a proper invoice under §14 UStG (German VAT Act) from Extra.Group UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G. Whether and to what extent participation is tax-deductible depends on your individual case — please clarify this with your tax advisor. We do not provide tax advice.
No. Shooting sports and clay pigeon/trap shooting take place exclusively at licensed local ranges — with instruction and under supervision. You do not need a license of your own. And as with every module: participation is voluntary.
It is real adventure, not extreme sport. A normal base level of fitness is enough for most modules; more demanding activities such as desert treks or riding are described with honest requirements for each trip before you commit. Every module is optional — you choose your own level of challenge.
You receive your confirmation and the invoice under §14 UStG, your access to the community app is activated, and your personal travel manager gets in touch with the preparation documents. The experience starts on the day you book — not the day you fly.
PayPal, credit card, SEPA direct debit, pay by invoice, Apple Pay and Google Pay — processed through the payment provider Mollie. For SEPA direct debit: your place is reserved when your booking is received, and final confirmation follows once payment arrives. For payment by invoice, your place is confirmed once the invoice is issued; the payment term stated on the invoice applies.
You receive the complete cancellation terms transparently with the contract documents before booking. Their final form is currently under legal review (including under package travel law) — we deliberately make no binding statement here until it is settled.
Nothing extra: ongoing access to the community app is currently included in your booking — including between retreats. Should the model ever change, it will not apply retroactively to your disadvantage.
Four dates per year, fixed capacity, strictly limited places. Availability per date will be shown live here as soon as booking opens.
Your request goes directly to us — we respond personally with the next dates and all documents. From 5,470 EUR per person, all services as described above.
Payment methods at booking: PayPal · credit card · SEPA · pay by invoice · Apple Pay · Google Pay — via Mollie
